摘要
首先对带有SSS离合器的汽轮机轴系布置方案进行介绍,阐述了此类轴系的振动特征。其次,通过现场振动故障实例,详细分析了离合器前"轻载"轴承对轴系振动的影响,并通过SSS离合器的工作原理讲述,研究了齿轮啮合结构对轴系安全运行的影响。最后,从振动角度给出了带有SSS离合器的汽轮发电机组安全运行的合理化建议。
In this paper, the arrangement of steam turbine shaft with SSS clutch was introduced and the vibration characteristics of the shaft were expounded. Through the example of vibration fault, the influence of light load bearing on shafting vibration was researched. Furthermore,the working principle of the SSS clutch was introduced and the influence of the gear meshing structure to the safe operation of the shaft was discussed. Finally in the light of steam turbine shaft with SSS clutch,rationalization proposals were given for the safe operation of the unit from the point of vibration.
