摘要
在燃气-蒸汽联合循环供热机组中,为了达到汽轮机供热最大化的目标,将SSS离合器技术应用于中、低压转子之间,可以在工作转速上将中、低压转子的啮合与脱开,从而将汽轮机全部中压排汽用于供热。文章主要介绍SSS离合器的基本结构及其工作原理,还有其试验步骤及结论分析。
To reach the maximum heat supply of steam turbine for combined gas and steam turbine power generating units,SSS clutch was used in medium and low rotor to mesh and disconnect them in working condition. Thus all the medium pressure exhaust steam can be used for heat supply. This paper briefly introduced the basic structure and working principle of SSS clutch as well as the test procedures and result analysis.
