摘要
为研究地下工程火灾时内部消烟降温新技术,使用装置结构简单、清洁水利用效率高的改进型水帘柜对火灾烟气进行处理,通过设置水旋清洗段和吸附净化段以提高对烟气的消烟降温效果。运用相似准则建立小比例模型实验台,研究不同火源热释放速率下烟气经水帘柜处理后的温度变化、能量耗散和能见度变化。实验结果如下:火源热释放速率越大,水帘柜对烟气的降温效果越明显;烟气经水帘柜壁面散失的热量占主要部分;水帘柜对火场能见度提升具有显著效果,且能见度提升与火源的热释放速率呈负相关。
To study the new technique of fire smoke cooling and elimination in underground engineering,the modified water spray booth(WSB)with simple structure and high utilization efficiency of clean water was used to deal with smoke.By setting water spin cleaning section and adsorption purification section,the effect of smoke cooling and elimination was improved.A small scale model test based on similarity criterion was used to study temperature change,energy dissipation and visibility change of flue gas treated by the WSB under different heat release rate(HRR).The results are as follows:the cooling effect is pronounced in larger HRR fire;the heat dissipated through the wall of the WSB accounts for the main part;the WSB has a significant effect on the fire visibility enhancement which is negatively correlated with the HRR.
