相容剂种类对阻燃抗静电HDPE复合材料性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用双螺杆挤出机制备了阻燃抗静电高密度聚乙烯(双抗HDPE)复合材料,研究不同类型的相容剂(三元乙丙橡胶、乙烯-丙烯酸酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、乙烯辛烯共聚物接枝甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯)对双抗HDPE复合材料的阻燃、抗静电、拉伸、热稳定性、流变等性能的影响。结果表明,当二乙基次膦酸铝(ALPi)/三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐(MPP)/炭黑质量份数比为15/5/7时,双抗HDPE达到UL94 V-0阻燃级别,体积电阻率为10~9Ω·cm。随着EPDM的加入,添加量为15%时,双抗HDPE复合材料的拉伸强度达到28 MPa,断裂伸长率为412%,复数黏度下降,热稳定性提高,能够有效缓解阻燃剂的团聚现象,形成柔性界面层。 The double resistance of high density polyethylene (HDPE) materials were made by twin- screw extruder. The inflaming retardance, antistativity, tensile strength, thermostability and rheology of the double resistance of HDPE materials with different compatilizers were studied. The results show that when the mass ratio of aluminum diethylphosphinate (ALPi)/melamine pyrophosphate (MPP)/carbon black (CB) is 15/5/7, the inflammability of the double resistance of HDPE material could reach UL94 V-0 with the volume resistivity of 10^9Ω·cm. When the addition of ethylene-propylene-diene monomer (EPDM) is 15%, the tensile strength of the HDPE material is 28 MPa, the elongation at break is 412%, the complex viscosity is decreased, and the material's thermal stability is enhanced. Almost, the addition of EPDM could effectively alleviate the reunion phenomenon of flame retardant to form a flexible interlayer.
