摘要
目的探究脑出血患者,通过CT检查的影像学特征以及临床价值。方法从我院2015年1月至2016年5月以来,选取80例脑出血患者,采用回顾性分析的方法,分析脑出血患者的CT影像学特征,以及患者的临床资料,分析患者的出血量、出血的部位与患者的预后效果关系。结果在80例脑出血患者中,有5例小脑出血,4例脑干出血,57例基底节区出血,14例丘脑出血。患者不同部位的脑出血有不同的影像学特征,不同治疗时期的影像学特征也不同,患者脑出血在脑干区的死亡率比较高,并且死亡率与脑出血量正相关。结论 CT检测对脑出血有重要的临床价值,通过CT检测能够确定患者脑出血的部位,以及脑出血的时期,对治疗方案的制定和预后评估有重要的作用。
Objective To investigate the radiological features of patients with cerebral hemorrhage on computed tomography(CT) and their clinical value. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed for the radiological features on CT and clinical data of 80 patients with cerebral hemorrhage who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to May 2016, as well as the association of blood loss and bleeding site with patients' prognosis. Results Of all patients with cerebral hemorrhage, 5 had cerebellar hemorrhage, 4 had brainstem hemorrhage, 57 had hemorrhage of the basal ganglia, and 14 had thalamic hemorrhage. The patients with different bleeding sites had different radiological features,even during different treatment periods. The patients with brainstem hemorrhage had a higher death rate than the other patients, and death rate was positively correlated with cerebral blood loss. Conclusion CT scan has an important clinical value in cerebral hemorrhage and can clarify bleeding site and the stage of cerebral hemorrhage. Therefore, it plays an important role in the development of treatment regimens and prognostic evaluation.
