摘要
高职院校学生素质的提高是现代学徒制背景下培养人才的关键,也是符合现代社会人才需要的重要的因素。用优势视角考量目前高职院校学生的素质结构,以江苏信息职业技术学院的人才素质培养发展为契机,探索适合社会需求的素质培养途径,培养社会所需要的专业技术型高素质人才,提高高职院校学生的核心竞争力。
The improvement of students＇quality in higher vocational colleges is the key point to training talents under the background of modern apprenticeship.
