摘要
为了解决PLC作为增压舱控制器时,PLC编程软件开发增压舱控制系统与算法较为复杂的问题。提出采用上位机与下位机相结合的两级控制模式。利用上位机软件LabVIEW的图形化语言以及自带的各种软件包,开发增压舱控制系统软件,并设计了一套模糊自适应PID算法。实现上位机作为系统的核心控制器,使系统具有数据处理、命令发送、数据存储和界面监视的功能。试验表明,与传统控制结构相比该种结构设计降低了软件开发的难度,提高了系统的响应速度。
In order to solve the problem when the PLC as the pressurized cabin controller,PLC programming software developing pressurized chamber control system and algorithm are complex,the two-step control mode of combining with the host computer and slave computer is come up with.The graphical language and a variety of software packages of host computer software LabVIEW are used to develop the pressurized cabin control system software and a fuzzy self-adaptive PID algorithm is designed.The host computer is realized as the core controller of the system,So that the system has data processing,command sending,data storage and interface monitoring functions.Tests show that,compared with the traditional control structure,this kind of structure reduces the difficulty of software development and improves the response speed of the system.
