摘要
在考虑高快路网络交通分担特征及交通管制特征的基础上,提出城市结点高快路网络承载能力分析的双层规划模型。该模型上层问题是在满足路段和区域容量限制的条件下,高快路网络在承担城市结点基本的对外交通组织基础上,还能承担的组团间最大附加流量,下层问题则是考虑出行终点吸引能力的交通分布/分配组合模型。研究模型的求解算法,并提供了算例验证。研究结果表明:本文所提出的高快路网络承载力分析模型,对评估城市结点高快路网络的交通适应能力、评价高快路规划方案的网络结构性能具有一定的参考价值。
Considering the traffic share characteristics and traffic control features of freeways and expressways network in city area,a bi-level programming model was presented for the analysis on the loading capacity of the network. The upper level problem of the proposed model was how much additional traffic demand among city groups can be accommodated by the freeways and expressways network so that flow on each link was still within the given bound when the additional and existing external traffic was together assigned to the network. And the lower level problem of the model was a combined trip distribution/assignment model incorporating a destination attractiveness measure. The algorithm to solve the model was also studied and a numerical example was provided. It is indicated that the suggested model has a certain reference value in examining whether the freeways and expressways network is capable of accommodating future traffic growth, and in evaluating the structure performance of planning scheme for freeways and expressways network in city area.
