摘要
立足于数控机床直驱静压回转工作台的结构设计研究,通过静压导轨和直驱技术的结合,对关键技术环节进行分析,确定一种直驱静压回转工作台的整体设计方案。轴向采用静压导轨支撑,使工作台具有较高的轴向刚度和回转速度。直驱技术采用力矩电机,提高转台的精度,改善了动态响应特性。
Based on the structural design of direct drive static pressure rotary table of CNC machine tool,the key technical scheme is analyzed by the combination of hydrostatic guideway and direct drive technology to determine the overall design scheme of a direct drive hydrostatic rotary table. The axial direction is supported with hydrostatic guideway,so that the table has features of high axial stiffness and rotation speed. Torque motors are used in direct drive technology to improve the accuracy of rotary table and enhance dynamic response features.
