摘要
所谓叙事德育模式,是指教师通过叙述具有道德意义的故事或生活事件,影响和促进学生进行道德自我建构的一种学校德育模式。叙事德育模式不仅致力于促进学生在其内心自主建构起道德的美好世界,而且致力于教师也能够在此过程中建构美德,收获幸福。"师生幸福"是叙事德育模式的核心理念。叙事德育模式的建构为实质性解决长期困扰我国学校德育实践的"实效低下"问题提供了好的思路,具有重要的时代价值。
The so-called narrative moral education mode is a kind of school moral education mode throughdelivering the moral significance of the story or the life events, and it can promote the students" moral self-construction. The model of narrative moral education could not only promote the students to build up their own moral world, but also help teachers to obtain happiness and cultivate virtues. "Teachers and students" happiness" is the core concept of narrative moral education model. The construction of narrative moral education mode provides a good way to solve the problem of low efficiency in the practice of moral education in our country.
