摘要
目的了解北京市朝阳区不同级别医疗机构医院工作人员手卫生现状,分析医务人员手卫生依从性的影响因素,为医院采取相应干预措施提供依据。方法 2015年9月-2016年6月通过现场观察、检测和问卷方式,对18所医疗机构手卫生设施配备、手卫生用品消耗、手卫生知识、手卫生质量、不同岗位的医务人员手卫生依从性进行了调查。结果 18所医疗机构手卫生设施配置方便使用达87.5%;2015年1-6月手卫生消耗品总支出22.5万元,平均每人每日消耗洗手液7.42ml,手消液3.69ml,干手纸巾2.27张;手卫生依从率为26.3%,其中三级医院医务人员手卫生依从率最高达32.4%,二级医院次之为24.2%,社区医院手卫生依从率仅为20.7%;手卫生知识答卷知晓率为52.5%,一级医院为52.1%,二级医院为49.2%,三级医院为56.6%。结论 18所医疗机构手卫生设施配备基本到位但还需完善;医务人员手卫生知识欠缺,依从性较低,洗手质量有待进一步提高,手卫生用品消耗与实际要求存在差距。
OBJECTIVE To understand the status of hand hygiene of medical staff in different levels of hospitals in Chaoyang district,and make appropriate improvements according to influencing factors of hand hygiene compliance.METHODS From Sep.2015 to Jun.2016,on-site observation and questionnaire were used,and hand hygiene facilities,hand hygiene supplies consumption,hand hygiene knowledge,hand hygiene quality and hand hygiene compliance of different positions of medical staff in 18 medical institutions were investigated and analyzed.RESULTS Of 18 medical institutions,hand hygiene facilities configuration and convenient use rate was 87.5%.From Jan.to Jun.2015,total hand hygiene consumable cost was 225000 yuan,the average daily per person consumption of liquid soap was 7.42 ml,alcohol-hand rub was 3.69 ml,and hand towel was 2.27 sheets.Hand hygiene compliance rate was 26.32%,of which hand hygiene compliance rate of medical staff in tertiary hospitals was the highest,which was 32.4%,followed by the second grade hospitals and community hospitals,which were respectively 24.2%and 20.7%.Hand hygiene knowledge answers witting rate was 52.5%,of which the community hospitals was 52.1%,the second grade hospitals was 49.2%,and the tertiary hospitals was 56.6%.CONCLUSIONEighteen medical institutions are equipped with basic hand hygiene facilities but still need to be improved.The medical staff in these hospitals are lack of knowledge about hand hygiene,and the hand hygiene compliance rate is low.Hand washing quality remains to be further improved,and there is a gap between the consumption of hand hygiene products and actual requirements.
