摘要
目的探讨复用医疗器械清洗后的不同操作方式以及蒸汽灭菌对器械表面残留蛋白质的不同影响。方法清洗后的复用医疗器械需经过目检配包后再进行灭菌。本实验对器械清洗后目检配包的操作方式和是否进行灭菌两个因素影响下的器械残留蛋白含量进行研究。器械清洗后目检配包的操作方式分为3水平:徒手操作、戴手套操作、消毒手后操作;是否灭菌分为2水平:清洗配包灭菌前、清洗配包灭菌后。两个因素的各水平组合,进行析因设计,形成6个实验组,将收集到的180件蚊式止血钳随机分配至这6个实验组中,每个实验组30件。结果戴手套操作灭菌后(A2B2组)的检测值最低,为(0.383±0.113)μg,徒手操作灭菌前(A1B1组)的检测值最高,为(2.769±1.523)μg,不同操作方式与流程处理的器械表面蛋白质含量检测值之间的差异具有统计学意义(F=16.981,P<0.001)。结论在进行复用器械清洗后检查配包时应采取手部消毒后再接触器械或者佩戴无菌手套进行后续操作,以免污染清洗后的器械。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of operation process and steam sterilization on residual protein on the surface of reusable medical instruments after cleaning.METHODS The reusable medical devices after cleaning should be sterilized after visual inspection and packaging.In this study,the residual protein content of the instruments under the influence of the operation mode of the visual inspection package and before or after sterilization was studied.The operation mode of visual inspection package was divided into three levels:bare hand operation,wearing gloves operation and operation after hand disinfection.Whether sterilization was divided into two levels:before sterilization with cleaning and packaging and after sterilization with cleaning and packaging.Six experimental groups were formed by factorial design based on the combination of the two factors at each level and 180 mosquito forceps collected were randomly assigned to the six experimental groups,with 30 pieces in each experimental group.RESULTS The detected value in the operation after sterilization with gloves(as the group A2 B2)was the lowest,which was(0.383±0.113)μg,and that before sterilization with bare hands(as the group A1 B1)was the highest,which was(2.769±1.523)μg.The differences of the detected protein content on the device surface treated among different operation methods and procedures were significant(F=16.981,P<0.001).CONCLUSION When inspecting the packaging after cleaning the reusable instruments,hand disinfection should be taken before touching the instruments or wearing sterile gloves for subsequent operation,so as to avoid contamination of the cleaned instruments.
