摘要
本文以轨道交通信号与控制专业建设为例,分析了中国高速铁路和城市轨道交通快速发展新形势下对高质量人才培养的要求.从培养方案设置、理论及实践课程体系建设、实验室和实践教育基地建设等多方面进行了一些有益的思考,希望对其他学校轨道交通信号与控制专业建设起到抛砖引玉的效果.
The specialty construction of Rail Traffic Signal and Control was taken as an example to analyze the require- ments of high quality talent training in face of rapid development of China＇s high-speed railway and urban rail transit. From the aspects of training program design, the construction of curricular system in both theory and practice, laboratory construction and the establishment of education practice base and so on some useful reflection is done in hope of providing some enlightening reference for other schools doing the job of rail transit signal and control specialty construction.
