摘要 为充分利用电动汽车(electric vehicle,EV)的移动储能特性,实现EV与电网的互动(vehicle-to-grid,V2G),提出一种EV有序充放电调度控制策略。在分析了EV时空特性的基础上,提出EV的控制架构;然后对电网负荷进行区间划分,对于不同的负荷区间制定不同的电价,从而激励EV参与电网的调度,并引入负荷率来评估EV参与电网调度的效果;最后利用PSCAD软件进行了仿真验证,仿真结果表明所提策略是有效和可行的。 In order to fully take advantage of mobile energy storage characteristic of electric vehicle (EV) and realize vehicle- to-grid (V2G) , this paper presents a kind of ordered charging and discharging scheduling control strategy for EV. On the basis of analyzing time-space feature of EV, it presents control architecture for EV. It divides power grid load into different load intervals and formulates different electricity price for different load intervals so as to stimulate EV participate in power grid scheduling and introduce load rate for evaluating effects of EV participating in power grid scheduling. Finally, it uses PSCAD software for simulating verification on the proposed strategy and results indicate this strategy is effective and feasi- ble.
