摘要
综合考虑设备的运行状态、电网的网架结构、系统的运行方式,以及当前气候环境等实时条件,提出了中压配电网运行可靠性在线评估算法。该算法可动态简化电网拓扑模型,并能响应各类实时因子的变化。最后,通过算例验证了该算法的有效性。
Combining with the equipment safety level,network structure,operation mode and operation environment,a new online evaluation algorithm for operating reliability of MV distribution networks is proposed.This new algorithm could dynamically simplify the network topology model and respond well to the variation of real-time operation conditions.The effectiveness of the new algorithm is validated by the analysis of examples.
