摘要
为调控EPS混凝土强度,采用石灰石粉来部分取代水泥,掺量为水泥质量的20%、30%、40%,制备EPS混凝土试件。力学性能测定结果:随着石灰石粉掺量增大,EPS混凝土抗压强度逐步降低;ESP混凝土中EPS颗粒粒径越大,混凝土强度越低。在EPS混凝土表面涂刷有机硅烷等防水剂,EPS混凝土快速冻融循环。试验结果显示:相对于未涂防水层EPS混凝土,经一次涂刷有机硅烷和在硅烷涂层上再涂刷另一种防水剂的两种EPS混凝土的质量损失率降低、相对动弹性模量均有提高,混凝土抗冻性得到明显改善。
In order to control the strength of EPS concrete, limestone powder is used to partially replace cement, and the content of cement concrete will be 20%, 30% or 40%. The result shows that the compressive strength of EPS concrete decreases with the increase of the content of limestone powder. The bigger the particle size of EPS particles is, the lower the concrete strength is. Compared with the EPS concrete without water-proofing, the organic silane is coated in one time, and another one is coated on the silane coating. The relative elastic modulus of the two kinds of EPS concrete are improved and the frost resistance of the concrete is improved obviously.
