摘要
过共晶铝硅合金具有密度和线膨胀系数小,铸造性能好,可获得高的耐磨性和热稳定性,是发动机活塞等轻质耐磨件的理想材料。本文对近年来过共晶铝硅合金的研究,主要在合金中硅相细化方面的研究进展进行了综述。
Hypereutectic aluminum-silicon alloys are promising materials for the wear resistance parts of light weight such as engine blocks pistons because of low density and small coefficient of thermal expansion, good castability, and higher thermal stability and wear resistance. This paper presents an overview of the current research and development of hypereutectie aluminum-silicon alloys, mainly silicon phase refining.
