摘要
南宁东站钢屋盖网架总重5 900t,屋面平面最大尺寸为210m×438m。钢屋盖采用分区分单元累积整体提升和中跨预应力索张拉施工等技术。对施工进行全过程模拟分析,优化卸载工序,最终选择最佳的卸载方案。
The steel roof weight of Nanning East Railway Station is 5 900 tons,and its maximum plane size is 210 m × 438 m.Advanced construction technologies,such as member assembly,integral lifting and the construction of prestressed cables are adopted.The entire construction course was simulated in order to minimize the impact of construction on the structure.The best unloading plan is determined.
