摘要
目的探讨超声"萤火虫"联合超声弹性成像技术对乳腺肿瘤良恶性倾向的判断价值。方法选取2014年6月-2016年6月该院收治的90例乳腺占位性病变患者作为研究对象;分别使用超声"萤火虫"技术、超声弹性成像技术及两者联合对患者进行检查,分析超声"萤火虫"成像检查、超声弹性成像检查及两者联合检查的灵敏度、特异度与正确指数。结果病理检查结果显示,63处为良性病灶,45处为恶性病灶;超声弹性成像检查良性结果显示,65处良性病灶,45处恶性病灶;超声"萤火虫"成像检查结果显示,良性病灶68处,恶性病灶40处;超声"萤火虫"成像联合超声成像技术检查结果显示,良性病灶64处,恶性病灶44处。两者联合检查结果正确指数显著高于单独使用超声"萤火虫"成像检查及超声弹性成像检查(P<0.05)。结论采用超声"萤火虫"联合超声弹性成像检查可显著提高乳腺肿瘤病灶区微小钙化灶的临床检出率,在判断乳腺肿瘤良恶性倾向时具有较高价值。
Objective To explore the value of ultrasound " firefly" technique combined with ultrasonic elastography in determining benign from malignant breast tumors. Methods Ninety patients with breast space occupying solid lesions treated in the hospital from June2014 to June 2016 were selected as research object,then the patients were examined by ultrasound " firefly" technique,ultrasonic elastography,ultrasound " firefly" technique combined with ultrasonic elastography,respectively,the sensitivities,specificities,and correct indexes of the three methods were analyzed. Results The results of pathological examination showed 63 benign lesions and 45 malignant lesions; ultrasonic elastography showed 65 benign lesions and 45 malignant lesions; ultrasound " firefly" technique showed 68 benign lesions and 40 malignant lesions; ultrasound " firefly" technique combined with ultrasonic elastography showed 64 benign lesions and 44 malignant lesions.The correct index of ultrasound " firefly" technique combined with ultrasonic elastography was statistically significantly higher than those of single ultrasound " firefly" technique and single ultrasonic elastography( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Ultrasound " firefly" technique combined with ultrasonic elastography can significantly improve the clinical detection rate of micro-calcification in breast tumor focus area,which is of high value in judging benign from malignant breast tumors.
