摘要
目的探讨品管圈(QCC)模式的应用,对控制手术室院内感染提高护士技能方面的效果。方法选取2015年1—12月在手术室工作的31名护理人员,对其进行一系列的QCC模式的模拟训练,并对QCC模式训练前后手术室感染率、护士沟通能力、理论知识、专科操作技能以及护理临床实际工作能力进行比较。结果 (1)训练后患者医院感染率低于训练前(3.50%/13.00%),患者满意度优于训练前(94.00%/76.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)手术室护士的沟通能力、理论知识、操作技能以及护理临床实际工作能力均优于训练前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 QCC活动提高手术室护士的护患沟通能力,密切护患关系,对提高手术患者满意度及护士技能有积极作用,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective To explore the effect of the application of quality control circle（ QCC） mode in controlling nosocomial infection in operating room and promoting nursing skills. Methods A total of 31 nurses working in operating room from January to December 2015 were selected and provided with a series of QCC simulation training. The nosocomial infection rate,nurses＇ communication ability,professional knowledge,specialized skills and clinical nursing ability before and after QCC training were compared. Results Patients＇ nosocomial infection rate after the training was lower than before the training（ 3. 50%/13. 00%）; patients＇ satisfaction rate was higher than before the training（ 94. 00%/76. 00%） and the the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）;Nurses＇ communication ability,professional knowledge,clinical practical skills and nursing skills were better than before the training,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion QCC activities can strengthen the operating room nurses＇ communication ability,improve nurse-patient relationship,and promote patients＇ satisfaction and nurses＇ skills,and thus are worthy of clinical application.
