摘要 义务教育质量关键影响因素监测框架的构建是开展大型义务教育质量监测的重要基础性工作,是影响因素监测工具编制的依据。构建我国义务教育质量关键影响因素监测框架应对框架立足点、构建原则、内容设计、学科属性、检验论证、操作应用等方面的问题充分考虑,以使构建的关键影响因素监测框架能够实现现实性与前瞻性相统一、政策性和科学性相统一、全面性与指向性相统一、一般性和特殊性相统一、对代表性横断数据和纵向追踪数据均有显著预测力和规范性与实用性相统一。 To construct an assessment framework of key influential factors for compulsory education quality will play a foundational role in the whole process of large scale educational assessment. When building up the key influential factors for assessment framework of compulsory education quality in China, we should take a full consideration of aspects related to framework foothold, construction principle, content design, subject property, validation and application, so as to achieve the reality and prospective unified, policy-directed and scientism unified, comprehensive and parsimonious unified, domain- general and domain-specific unified, normative and practicality unified, validated by cross-sectional data and longitudinal data.
