一种石蜡基原油低温破乳剂的合成研究 被引量:2

摘要 以脂肪醇类聚醚(BP2040)和丙烯酸为原料,苯磺酸为催化剂,二甲苯为溶剂,过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,进行酯化—聚合反应,一步法合成了高分子低温原油破乳剂。探究了反应的最佳合成工艺,并针对某炼油厂含水35.2%的石蜡基原油的合成产品进行了低温破乳性能评价。研究结果表明:m(BP2040)∶m(丙烯酸)=5∶1,催化剂质量分数为0.6%,引发剂质量分数为0.3%,酯化时间为4 h,聚合时间为4 h时,合成产品的破乳性能优于单剂BP2040。产品在60℃下的脱水率为99.10%,与当前炼厂100℃以上脱水效率相当,达到低温破乳的目的。 A one-step process of esterification and polymerization reaction is developed to prepare polymeric lowtemperature demulsifier,using fatty alcohol polyether( BP2040) and acrylic acid as raw materials,benzene sulfonic acid as catalyst,dimethybenzene as solvent and benzoyl peroxide( BPO) as initiator. The process conditions are optimized.The low-temperature demulsification performance of the synthesized product on paraffin-based crude oil of a refinery plant is evaluated as well. The optimal preparation conditions are as follows: 5:1 mass ratio of BP2040 and acrylic acid,0. 6wt% of the catalyst dosage,0. 3 wt% of the initiator dosage,4 h of both esterification and polymerization time. Under the optimized operating conditions,the dehydration efficiency of the synthesized demulsifier is superior to BP2040. The product's dehydration efficiency at 60℃ is 99. 10%,which is similar to the dehydration efficiency in oil refineries at100℃. The results show that the purpose of low-temperature demuslification is achieved.
