摘要
目的了解陕西省商洛市市区二级以上医疗机构涉产人员血源性职业暴露发生情况,寻找危险因素,提出针对性的防控措施。方法采用回顾性调查研究方法,对商洛市城区所有医疗机构涉产人员职业暴露情况进行调查。结果血源性职业暴露发生率60.00%;16.30%能准确选择血源性传染性疾病和血源性暴露方式,工作年限、职称、岗位是血源性职业暴露知晓率的影响因素;涉产人员对血源性职业暴露重视程度不够,对职业暴露发生的原因认识不足,日常防护使用情况较差,培训效果不好;不同岗位血源性职业暴露特点不同,漏报率高,规范处置率低。结论加强制度建设,规范操作流程,建立督导机制,增加防护用品的种类和便捷的获取渠道是减少涉产人员血源性暴露的有效措施。
Objective To investigate and analyze the situation and the risk factors of the blood - borne occupation exposure of medical staff in delivery room in above second - class medical institutions in Shangluo City of Shaanxi Province, so as to put for- ward the prevention and control measures. Methods Conduct a retrospective survey of occupation exposure of medical staff in delivery room in all medical institutions of Shangluo City. Results The incidence rate of blood - borne occupation exposure is 60. 00% ; 16. 30% of medical staff in delivery room can accurately select blood - borne infectious diseases and blood - borne ex- posure mode ; the influence factors of the awareness rate of blood - borne occupation exposure is years of working, professional title and working post ; medical staff in delivery room do not pay enough attention to the blood - borne occupation exposure, have poor use of daily protection, lack of knowledge of the causes of occupation exposure and the training effect is not good ; different posts have different characteristics of blood - borne occupation exposure, non - response rates is high, the rate of specification disposal is low. Conclusion It is the crucial measures to cut down the risk of blood - borne occupation exposure by strengthening the system construction, standarding operating procedure, establishing supervision mechanism, increasing kinds of protective e- quipment and convenient access.
