摘要
开发战略是油田发展的灵魂和纲领。针对目前对油田长远开发战略的内涵不清晰、内容不完善等方面的问题,在明确油田开发战略的内涵及研究视角的基础上,总结回顾了大庆油田"十二五"开发战略,并通过多角度综合论证了大庆油田"十三五"产量战略调整方向,应用SWOT战略矩阵模型确定了不同产量构成调整次序及开发定位,并编制了多情景下的战略部署方案,为领导层决策发挥了重要的参谋作用。
The development strategy is the soul and program of the oilfield development. In the light of the current problems such as the unclear connotation, incomplete contents etc. for the long-term oilfield developing strategy, on the basis of making clear of the connotation and research angle of the view, ＂The 12th Five-year＂ developing strat- egy of Daqing Oilfield was reviewed and summarized, and moreover through multi-angle comprehensive demonstra- tion~ the adjusted direction of ＂The 13th Five-year＂ oilfield production strategy was discussed, and furthermore with the help of SWOT strategy matrix model, the adjusted order and orientation of the development were identified for different production compositions, and then the strategic deployment schemes in the case of many conditions were prepared, thus the staff function has played for the decision-making of the leader level and tier.
