摘要
[目的]筛选适合河北坝上寒冷、干旱和半干旱特殊环境下的紫花苜蓿-根瘤菌菌株高效共生体。[方法]采用5株分离自河北坝上地区紫花苜蓿的根瘤菌菌株对敖汉和阿尔冈金紫花苜蓿品种分别进行田间接种试验,测定2种紫花苜蓿品种的平均株高、地上部分干重和结瘤数等性状。[结果]菌株HBU75002和HBU03701在各方面表现较为优良,菌株HBU75002与其他菌株相比,具有显著的增产效果,比对照增产26.6%。接种根瘤菌对2种苜蓿品种生物量也产生了不同影响,敖汉苜蓿产量较阿尔冈金增产幅度略大,最高达36.8%,而阿尔冈金则为35.6%;2株根瘤菌菌株对苜蓿品种也表现出不同的增产效果,菌株HBU03701对阿尔冈金苜蓿的增产效果最佳;菌株HBU75002对敖汉苜蓿的增产效果最佳。[结论]该研究为苜蓿牧草生产提供高效优良的根瘤菌菌株。
[ Objective ] To screen the highly-effective symbiotic strains for alfalfa cultivars in a cold, arid and semi-arid environment. [ Method] Five rhizobia strains were inoculated two alfalfa cultivars (Aohan and Algonquin) respectively in the field experiments, which located in Bashang region, Hebei Province. [ Method] Two nitrogen fixing effective strains (HBU75002 and HBU03701 ) were found better than others by analyzing total nodule number, plant height and plant dry weight. Comparing with other rhizobia strains, HBU75002 could significantly increased the plant yield, raising 26.6%. Two alfalfa cultivars showed differences in biomass after inoculated with rhizobia strains, the yield of Aohan was better than Algonquin, raising 36.8% for best, and 35.6% for Algonquin. Moreover, the two strains showed different results in improving yield, HBU03701 could significantly improved the yield of Algonquin while HBU75002 for Aohan. [ Conclusion ] The study provides efficiant and fine strains for producing rhizobial inoculants.
