摘要
目的探讨促红细胞生成素联合神经节苷脂对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)疗效。方法选择2015年1月至2016年6月接受诊治的HIE患儿80例,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组(N=40)与观察组(n=40)。观察组患儿给予促红细胞生成素联合神经节苷脂治疗,对照组患儿仅给予神经节苷脂治疗。两组患儿疗程均为2周。比较两组患儿治疗总有效率,治疗前和治疗后NBNA评分、血清NSE和S100B含量变化,及患儿肌张力恢复时间和原始反射恢复时间。结果观察组治疗总有效率(92.5%)明显高于对照组治疗总有效率(70.0%),差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。两组患儿治疗后NBNA评分较治疗前增加,血清NSE和S100B含量较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);观察组患儿治疗后NBNA评分高于对照组,血清NSE和S1008含量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组患儿肌张力恢复时间和原始反射恢复时间均短于对照组。结论促红细胞生成素联合神经节苷脂对HIE患儿疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the effect of erythropoietin combined with gangliosides in the treatment of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods 80 cases of neonatal HIE were selected from January 2015 to June 2016, and randomly divided into the control group (n=40) and the observation group (n=40) according to the random number table method. The observation group was treated with erythropoietin combined with gangliosides, while the control group was treated with gangliosides only. The course of treatment was 2 weeks in both two groups. Compared the total effective rate, NBNA score, serum NSE and S100[3 levels before and after treatment, the recovery time of muscle tension, and the recovery time of primitive reflex of two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group (92.5%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (70.0%) (P〈0.05). NBNA score increased in two groups after treatment, serum NSE and S100[I levels decreased (P〈0.05); NBNA score in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group, serum NSE and S 100- levels in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group (P〈0.05). The recovery time of muscle tension and the recovery time of primitive reflex of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Erythropoietin combined with gangliosides in the treatment of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy has significant effect.
