摘要
目的 探讨激励管理对年轻护士团队凝聚力的影响.方法 将本院40个科室306名3年工龄以下护士随机分实验组、对照组,对对照组护士常规管理,对实验组护士在常规管理基础上增加激励机制,包括:将护士配对行一对一帮带,小组式考核发放绩效.一年后采用团队凝聚力量表对两组护士进行测查.结果 实验组护士团队凝聚力任务一致性、情感一致性、行动一致性三方面评分(6.537±0.194)、(6.477±0.225)、(6.609±0.192)均高于对照组(5.875±0.524)、(5.611±0.518)、(6.069±0.535),差异有统计学意义(t值分别为14.660,18.975,11.759;P〈0.001).结论 激励管理有助于提高年轻护士团队凝聚力,提高年轻护士综合素质.
Objective To discuss about the influence of motivation management on the team cohesiveness of young nurses. Methods A total of 306 nurses below 3 working years from 40 departments of this hospital were divided into experimental group and control group randomly. Conventional management was conducted to the nurses of control group, and motivation system was added to the nurses of experimental group on the basis of conventional management, including the pairing of nurses to have one-to-one instruction and have group examination to provide performance. After one year, team cohesiveness scale was used to test two groups. Results Scores to the task consistency, emotion consistency and behavior consistency of team cohesiveness for the nurses of the experimental group (6. 537±0. 194), (6. 477±0. 225), (6. 609±0. 192) were higher than that of the control group's (5. 875±0. 524), (5. 611±0. 518) and (6. 069±0. 535), and the differences were statistically significant (t=14. 660, 18. 975, 11. 759; P〈0. 001) . Conclusions Motivation man-agement can help improve the team cohesiveness of young nurses and improve comprehensive quality.
