摘要
[目的]分析金针菇脂溶性成分。[方法]用石油醚浸提金针菇中的脂溶性成分,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术检测其成分,用面积归一化法计算各成分的相对质量分数。[结果]从金针菇中鉴定出19种脂溶性成分,占色谱总流出峰面积的87.80%。其中,芳香酚类1种(占总峰面积的0.10%),酸类6种(占总峰面积的70.80%),醇类5种(占总峰面积的8.23%),酯类5种(占总峰面积的2.90%),烷烃类2种(占总峰面积的5.76%)。其主要成分为亚油酸(占总峰面积的55.67%)和棕榈酸(占总峰面积的11.29%)。[结论]亚油酸和棕榈酸是金针菇的主要脂溶性成分。
[ Objective ] To analyze the fat-soluble constituents from Flammulina velutiper (Fr.) Sing. [ Methods ] The fatsoluble constituents were extracted from F. velutipe fruiting body with petroleum ether and the chemical components of them were identified by GC-MS and relative content of the components were calculated with normalization method. [Results] The results showed that 19 compounds were identified from F. velutipe, and the relative content accounted for 87.80% of the total volatile components, 1 aromatic phenol(0.10%), 6 acids (70.80%), 5 alcohols (8.23%), 5 esters (2.90%) and 2 alkanes (5.76%), the high content of components were linoleic acid (55.67%) and n -hexadecanoic acid (11.29%), [Conclusion]Linoleic acid and n -hexadecanoic acid were the main fat-soluble components in F. velutipcr.
