摘要
本文以某型宽带大功率行波管为例,对其在生产和使用过程中的失效模式及形成原因进行了分析,给出了解决方案。经过验证,这些改进措施有效地提高了产品的可靠性,实现了行波管可靠性增长。
For a high power broadband TWT, the failure mode and failure reason in production and application are analyzed and corresponding improving measures are proposed. The measures can effectively improve the reliability of the products, and so the reliability growth of TWTs is realized.
