32-40GHz宽带大功率行波管的研究进展

The Latest Progress in the Development of a 32-40GHz Broad-band High-power Traveling Wave Tube

摘要 报道了一种32-40GHz宽带大功率行波管的研究进展情况。在26.5—40GHz范围内功率大于60W,增益大于35dB。功率最大处电子效率大于15%。 The latest progress in the development of a 32-40GHz broad-band high-power traveling wave tube(TWT)in The Institute of Electronics,Chinese Academy of science,is reported.A TWT has been detected,which has larger than 60 W of power and larger than 35 dB gain from 32 GHz to 40 GHz.The largest electron efficiency reaches 15%.
