摘要
N型半导体化合物四针状氧化锌晶须(T-ZnOw)是六方纤锌矿结构的单晶体纤维,由于其特殊的空间三维结构及四个针尖表现出的特殊尖端纳米效应,使得T-ZnOw具有许多优异特性,如基体材料增强、抗菌、光催化、吸波、抗静电等功能,既可作为功能材料也可作为结构材料被广泛研究和使用。文中简述了T-ZnOw的基本性质及合成方法,并介绍T-ZnOw的性能及应用研究现状。
Due to the special three-dimensional structure (tetrapod-like structure) and cutting-edge nano-effects of tetrapod-like zinc oxide whisker T'ZnOw), N-type semiconductor has hexagonal wurtzite structure of single crystal fibers, which performs excellent features in different areas, such as matrix material enhancement, antibacterial, photocatalytic, microwave absorption, anti-static electricity and other functions. T- ZnOw could be widely used as functional material as well as structural material. The basic properties and synthetic methods of T-ZnOw were briefly introduced, and the properties and application of T-ZnOw were also introduced in detail.
