摘要
利用正交试验方法和模压成型工艺制备四针状氧化锌晶须增强聚醚醚酮复合材料,通过极差分析和方差分析对材料的耐磨性能进行研究,并用扫描电镜对磨损表面形貌进行观察和分析。研究结果表明,四针状氧化锌晶须的加入能够明显改善复合材料的摩擦磨损性能,其改善程度同晶须的质量分数相关,当晶须的质量分数约为10%时,聚醚醚酮复合材料的耐磨性最好;纯PEEK的主要磨损机制为黏着磨损,填充T-ZnOw后磨损机制转化为磨粒磨损与疲劳磨损。
T-ZnOw/PEEK composite was prepared by orthogonal experiment design and compression molding. The wear resistance of the composite was studied by the analysis of variance and range. The wear surface was observed and analyzed by the SEM technique. Results show that the wear resistance properties are significantly improved by adding T-ZnO Whisker, and the effect is closely related to the weight percent of whisker. The PEEK composite with 10% of T-ZnO Whisker has the best wear resistance performance. The main wear mechanism of PEEK is adhesive wear, and it turns to be abrasive wear and fatigue wear when the T-ZnOw was filled.
