摘要
目的:探讨中医综合护理干预在气虚血瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变患者中的应用效果。方法:将60例气虚血瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机等分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规治疗及护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予膳食指导、中药泡洗热敷及穴位指针疗法等综合护理干预,比较两组患者疗效和护理满意度。结果:观察组患者疗效以及护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对气虚血瘀型糖尿病周围神经病变患者实施综合护理干预能够加快糖尿病周围神经病变患者的恢复进程,提高患者的满意度。
Objective：To discuss the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing in patients with vital energy deficiency and blood stasis type diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods ： Divided 60 patients with vital energy deficiency and blood stasis type diabetic peripheral neuropathy into observation group and control group,while conventional treatment and nursing were given to the patients in the control group, and diet guidance, traditional Chinese medicine soaking hot compression, acupoint finger - pressure therapy and other comprehensive nursing intervention were given to the patients in the observation group on the basis of the control group, and patients in the two groups were compared in curative effect and nursing satisfaction. Resuits： The curative effect and nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group were higher than those of patients in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：The comprehensive nursing intervention for the patients with vital energy deficiency and blood stasis type diabetic peripheral neuropathy could accelerate the recovery of patient with diabetic peripheral neuropathy and improve the patients＇ satisfaction.
