摘要
目的探讨消渴痹足浴方联合护理干预治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床价值。方法随机选择我院2016年1月～2017年12月糖尿病周围神经病变患者240例作为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组各120例,对照组给予糖尿病知识教育及常规降糖治疗,纠正血脂异常,控制高血压,并给予西洛他唑片,口服2片,观察组在对照组基础上给予消渴痹足浴方进行足浴,每日1次,10日为一个疗程,同时实施护理干预:健康教育、心理护理、饮食护理、运动指导、足浴护理。结果两组糖尿病周围神经病变患者治疗前MCV(36.76±2.98)vs(37.07±2.86)m/s、SCV(40.87±3.76)vs(40.52±3.87)m/s比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05),2个疗程后观察组MCV(48.18±4.67)m/s、SCV(51.96±6.16)m/s均高于对照组的(40.09±4.45)m/s、(46.76±5.75)m/s,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效93.33%高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者时,中药熏洗足部护理配合提升患者足部神经传导功能,临床效果显著,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of Xiaoke foot bath combined with nursing intervention in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 240 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy from January 2016 to December 2017 in our hospital were randomly selected as the study object and were divided into observation group and control group, with 120 cases in each group. The control group was given diabetes knowledge education and conventional hypoglycemic therapy to correct dyslipidemia and control high blood pressure, combined with cilostazol tablets, oral 2 tablets. The observation group was given Xiaoke foot bath based on the treatment of the control group, once a day, 10 days for a course of treatment, as well as the implementation of nursing intervention including health e- ducation, psychological care, dietary care, exercise instruction, footbath care. Results There was no significant differ- ence in MCV（36.76±2.98） vs （37.07±2.86） m/s and SCV （40.87±3.76） vs （40.52±3.87） m/s between the two groups of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy before treatment（P〉0.05）. After 2 courses of treatment, the MCV（48.18± 4.67） m/s and SCV（51.96±6.16） m/s in the observation group were higher than（40.09±4.45） m/s and （46.76±5.75） m/s in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant （P〈0.05）. The total effective 93.33% in the observation group was higher than the 73.33% in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was sta- tistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chinese medicine fumigation combined with foot care to enhance the patient＇s foot nerve conduction function has significant clinical effect in the treatment of patients with diabetic peripheral neu- ropathy, and is worthy of clinical application.
