摘要
目的了解海南省居民幸福感的现况,分析幸福感的影响因素,为提高居民幸福感提供理论参考。方法采用横断面研究方法对海南省3 295名居民进行问卷调查。结果 1总体幸福感总分为(70.28±9.78)分,男性(70.59±9.81)分,女性(69.97±9.75)分,差异无统计学意义(t=1.810,P>0.05)。男性和女性总体幸福感均低于全国常模。2在不同年龄(F=8.553,P<0.01)、性格(F=18.264,P<0.01)、婚姻状况(F=9.024,P<0.01)、文化程度(F=17.130,P<0.01),家庭类型(F=22.444,P<0.01)、环境满意度(F=34.058,P<0.01)、家庭生活(F=159.21 2,P<0.01)、知心朋友(F=136.204,P<0.01)、兴趣爱好(F=50.070,P<0.01)和困难时受帮助情况(F=143.052,P<0.01)、昨天与几人交流(F=34.370,P<0.01)方面差异均有统计学意义。3多重线性回归分析结果显示,进入回归方程的影响因素有SCL-90总分、家庭生活、知心朋友、昨天与几人交流、困难时受帮助、兴趣爱好、城镇家庭、环境满意度。作用最大因素为SCL-90总分(β=-0.401),其次是家庭生活(β=-0.156)。结论海南省居民总体幸福感低于全国常模。和睦的家庭生活、有知心朋友、与多人交流、困难时受到帮助、有兴趣爱好、对环境满意度高、城市家庭者总体幸福度高。
[Objective]To study the status of residents＇ happiness in Hainan Province,analyze the influencing factors of happiness,and provide theoretical reference for improving residents＇ happiness. [Methods]By using the cross-sectional study,a questionnaire survey was carried out among 3 295 residents in Hainan Province. [Results]1The total score of general well-being（GWB）was（70.28±9.78）,while that in males and females was（70.59±9.81）and（69.97±9.75）respectively,and the difference was not statistically significant（t =1.810,P〉0.05）. The total scores of GWB in males and females were lower than the national norm. 2 There were statistically significant differences in total scores of GWB among different groups in age（F=8.553,P〈0.01）,character（F=18.264,P〈0.01）,marital status（F=9.024,P〈0.01）,education level（F=17.130,P〈0.01）,family type（F=22.444,P〈0.01）,environment satisfaction（F=34.058,P〈0.01）,family life（F=159.212,P〈0.01）,whether there are intimate friends（F=136.204,P〈0.01）,hobbies and interests（F=50.070,P〈0.01）,accepting help when in trouble（F=143.052,P〈0.01）and how many people the object communicated with yesterday（F=34.370,P〈0.01）. 3Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influencing factors in the equation were SCL-90 scores,family life,whether there are intimate friends,how many people the object communicated with yesterday,accepting help when in trouble,hobbies and interests,urban family and environment satisfaction. And the SCL-90 scores had the most influence（β=-0.401）,followed by family life（β=-0.156）.[Conclusion]The general well-being of residents in Hainan Province is lower than the national norm. The residents with harmonious family life,intimate friends,hobbies and interests,higher environment satisfaction and urban family,who often communicate with many people and accept help when in trouble,have the higher level of happiness.
