摘要
对M市的700位医务工作者进行问卷调查,研究其心理资本在共情疲劳和工作投入间的中介作用。结果显示:(1)共情疲劳与工作投入水平负相关;(2)共情疲劳与心理资本水平负相关;(3)心理资本与工作投入之间正相关;(4)心理资本在共情疲劳和工作投入水平间存在一定的中介作用——心理资本水平越高,医务工作者通过缓解共情疲劳对其工作投入水平的影响所产生的作用越强,反之越弱。
Based on the 700 medical professionals who works in M city of Heilongjiang's sample data,we study about the medical professionals' Psychological Capital works as the intermediary role between the Compassion Fatigue and the Work Engagement.Our conclusions are as follows:(1)There's a significant positive correlation between the Compassion Fatigue and the Work Engagement.(2)There's a significant negative correlation between the Compassion Fatigue and Psychological Capital.(3)There's a significant negative correlation between the Psychological Capital and Psychological Capital Work Engagement.(4)Medical professionals' Psychological Capital works as the intermediary role between the Compassion Fatigue and the Work Engagement.The higher the level of Psychological Capital,medical professionals by mitigating the effects of perceived Compassion Fatigue on the level of Work Engagement on the impact of the stronger.Finally,we discussed the theoretical significance and application value of the study.
