摘要
目的调查手术室护士心理资本、工作投入与职业压力现状。方法选择本地区2018年11月至2019年10月综合性医院的90名手术室护士作为研究对象,采用心理资本问卷(PCQ)、工作投入量表(UWES)、护士工作压力源量表对其进行调查。结果90名手术室护士的PCQ总分(75.02±12.60)分,UWES总分(54.39±6.80)分,护士工作压力源量表总分(90.96±14.20)分。结论手术室护士的心理资本普遍较低,工作投入与职业压力均处于中高水平,临床应结合护理管理、护理需求及手术室护士的建议进行针对性干预。
Objective To investigate the status of nurses'psychological capital,job engagement and occupational stress in operating room.Methods To select 90 nurses in operating room from general hospitals in this region from November 2018 to October 2019 as the study subjects,and they were investigated by using the psychological capital questionnaire(PCQ),Utrecht work engagement scale(UWES),and nursing job stressor inventory.Results The 90 nurses in operating room had a PCQ total score of(75.02±12.60)points,UWES total score of(54.39±6.80)points,and nursing job stressor inventory total score of(90.96±14.20)points.Conclusion The psychological capital of nurses in operating room was generally low,and the job engagement t and occupational stress were at medium and high levels.A clinical intervention should be targeted in combination with nursing management,nursing needs and the recommendations of nurses in operating room.
