摘要
近年来,黑龙江省由于能源等传统行业产值大幅下滑,导致区域经济的结构性减速,面临着增长乏力、转型困难等诸多问题,总的来说黑龙江省工业经济发展面临着产业结构性矛盾、产权结构性矛盾和产品结构性矛盾三大难题,在深化供给侧结构性改革的指导下可破除这三大发展障碍,打开黑龙江省工业经济发展新局面,走出黑龙江老工业基地全面振兴的新路径。
as one of the national important old industrial base in Heilongjiang Province,in 1949,the national development and construction gradually built by coal,oil,wood,machinery,food industry as the focus,wide range,reasonable layout of the important industrial base of the country,made a significant contribution to promoting the process of industrialization in china.But in recent years,Heilongjiang Province,as the traditional energy industry output fell sharply,leading to regional economic structural slowdown,many problems faced with sluggish growth,difficult transition,general industrial economic development of Heilongjiang province is facing the contradiction between industrial structure,ownership structure and product structural contradictions in the three major problems,deepen the supply side structural under the direction of reform can get rid of the three major obstacles to the development of industry of Heilongjiang Province,opened a new situation in economic development,the new path out of a comprehensive revitalization of old industrial base of Heilongjiang.
