摘要
为了提高矿井主通风机的可靠性和安全性,对西山煤电西铭矿冀家沟风机房使用的2台对旋主通风机进行性能测试,并结合日常人工手动操作风机所发现的问题,利用电机内部自带的温度传感器,压力传感器、高开柜内选取电压、电流等信号,将风机蝶形风门远控点、高开柜遥控信号的接入,运用"PLC+工业以太网+IPC"的监控模式,对主通风系统监控和远程操作进行了改造,达到了煤矿主通风机的高效运行、在线监测、远程监控及操作,为矿井安全生产提供了重要保证。
For the improv emen of there liability and safety in main vent ilat ion fan, the pe rforman ce of the two main fans in Ximing coal mine( which is under xishan coal and electricity group) is measured and analyzed. Com-bined with the already known problems during daily manual operation. Data from the temperature sensor and pressure sensor inside the motor are collected, voltage and current signals from high voltage switch cabinet also being intro-duced ,the butterfly shaped air -door remote signal and remote operation signal from high voltage cabinet adopted, to-gether with the PLC + Industrial Ethernet + IPC Monitoring mode, the monitoring and remote operation system are to-tally upgraded, so to achieve the on-line monitoring, remote monitoring and operation, efficiency increased and safety production guaranteed.
