摘要
目的分析剖宫产切口瘢痕妊娠的超声诊断与指导价值。方法研究对象方便选取该院2015年7月—2016年6月收治的56例剖宫产切口瘢痕妊娠患者,所有患者均接受超声检查,对临床结果进行研究。结果 (1)经超声诊断确诊的有53例,诊断率为94.64%;53例患者中有孕囊型患者21例、包块型患者32例;(2)手术治疗的患者25例、非手术治疗患者28例,手术治疗患者的病灶最大直径为(4.32±1.57)cm、大于非手术治疗患者的(3.12±1.06)cm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)孕囊型患者中,内生型患者的病灶最大径与病灶距浆膜层的距离分别为(1.89±0.75)、(0.53±0.06)cm大于外生型患者的(4.27±0.82)、(0.27±0.09)cm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),32例包块型患者中差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论剖宫产切口瘢痕妊娠的超声诊断率较高,且对于指导手术或非手术治疗起到重要的价值。
Objective To analyze the ultrasonic diagnosis and guidance value of cesarean section pregnancy. Methods 56 cases of patients with cesarean section pregnancy admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2015 to June 2016 were convenient selected as the research objects and all patients received the ultrasonic examination, and the clinical results were researched. Results The ultrasonic diagnosis showed that 53 cases were confirmed and the confirmation rate was94.64%, and in the 53 cases of patients, there were 21 Gestational sac type cases and 32 massive type patients. There were25 cases with operation treatment and 28 cases with non-operation treatment, and the biggest diameter of lesions of patients with operative treatment was bigger than the patients with non-operative treatment, and the difference had statistical significance [（4.32±1.57）cm vs（3.12±1.06）cm]（P〈0.05）, in the biggest lesion diameter and distance from lesion to placenta percreta of endogenous patients in the patients with pregnant sac type was bigger than those of exophytic patients [（1.89±0.75）,（0.53±0.06）cm vs（4.27±0.82）,（0.27±0.09）cm], and the differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）, and the difference between 32 cases of massive type patients had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The ultrasonic diagnosis rate of cesarean section pregnancy is higher, which is important value to guiding the operative and non-operative treatment.
