摘要
目的：探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声对子宫切口妊娠的诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析2012年1月~2015年1月手术证实的117例子宫切口妊娠声像图特征。结果：117例子宫切口妊娠中,超声正确诊断112例,准确率95.7%,误诊5例。子宫切口妊娠声像图分为3型：孕囊型76例,不均质包块型38例,蜂窝型3例。结论：经阴道彩色多普勒超声是子宫切口妊娠准确、可靠的诊断方法。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of transvaginal color doppler sonography in uterus incision pregnancy. Method Ultrsonographic characteristics were retrospectively analyzed in 117 patients of uterus incision pregnancy by surgery since January 2012 to 2015. Results 112 cases were correctly diagnosed and 5 cases were misdiagnose in 117 cases of uterus incision pregnancy. The accuracy rate was 95. 7 %. Ultrasonographic patterns of uterus incision pregnancy were generalized as three type： gestational sac type 76 cases,heterogeneous packet type 38 cases,honeycomb type 3 cases. Conclusion Transvaginal color dopper sonography is a correct and reliable method for the diagnosis of uterus incision pregnancy.
