摘要 以羟基磷灰石(HAP)粉体为原料,用简便方法制备氟羟基磷灰石(FAP)微球。将HAP粉体在不同pH值的NaOAc缓冲液中充分搅拌,加入Na F并水浴加热,制得氟羟基磷灰石(FAP)微球,并利用TEM、SEM、XRD、FT-IR对微球的结构、成分进行表征,研究与探讨了微球形成的机制。研究结果表明可以通过改变缓冲液的pH值来控制FAP微球结构. The purpose of this paper was to prepare fluorapatite microspheres with hydroxyapatite powers by simple methods.FAP microspheres were prepared by adding Na F into HAP suspension which was produced by dipped HAP powders into acetic acid-solution,and the suspension was stirred thoroughly and heated in water bath.The formation mechanism,structure and chemical constituent of the microspheres were investigated through various characterization including TEM,SEM,XRD and FT-IR.The results show that the morphology and structure of FAP microspheres could be controlled by change the pH value of acetic acid-solution.
