摘要
目的探讨基于微信平台术前访视在不孕症宫腹腔镜手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1—12月入住我院生殖科不孕症宫腹腔镜手术患者186例,按随机数字表法分为观察组(n=96)和对照组(n=90),对照组采用常规术前访视,观察组基于微信平台术前访视。观察比较2组患者手术相关知识掌握情况和术前访视满意度。结果观察组患者的手术相关知识水平高于对照组(P<0.01),观察组患者对术前访视满意度高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论基于微信平台术前访视可提高患者手术相关知识水平和术前访视满意度,值得临床借鉴使用。
Objective To explore the effect of We Chat-based preoperative visit to the patients undergoing infertility palace laparoscopic surgery. Methods Totally 186 cases of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery from January to December 2015 were divided into observation group(n=96) and control group(n=90). Conventional preoperative visit was performed in control group while We Chat-based preoperative visit in observation group. Patients ' surgery-related knowledge and their satisfaction with preoperative visit were compared. Results The patients in observation group were better aware of the knowledge related with the surgery and more satisfied with the preoperative visit than those from control group(P〈0.01). Conclusion We Chat-based preoperative visit can promote patients' surgery-related knowledge and improve patients' satisfaction with preoperative visits, which is worthy of clinical application.
