摘要
针对当前我国建筑业飞速发展过程中施工企业管理所存在的缺陷与瓶颈,通过问卷调查与专家访谈等方式,获取行业从业者对管控模式与经营策略的态度与看法。运用SPSS分析软件对回收的有效问卷从频数和交叉关系分析,并对分析结果进行总结。最后,基于大型建筑企业和中小型建筑企业的视角,对管控模式与经营策略创新提出对策建议。
In this paper, by focusing on the existing mainstream management and control model and business strategy, the construction industry practitioners' attitudes towards the management-control and business strategy are got through questionnaires and interviewing with experts. SPSS analysis software is used to analyze the valid return from the relationship between frequency and cross and the analysis results are summarized. Finally, advices are proposed for the innovation of management-control model and business strategy based on the perspective of all kinds of construction enterprise.
