摘要
近年来我国经济发展迅速,改革开放后建立的一批企业纷纷发展壮大,出现了大量的建筑集团化企业,这些集团化企业规模较大,涉及较多的子分公司和业务领域,进而为集团化企业整体的有效管理造成了一定影响。现阶段关于集团化企业管控模式的研究很多,但是对于管控水平的提升并不明显。这就要求对于集团化企业模式研究,应当充分结合企业实际情况和行业发展状况,只有这样确定的模式才能够符合管控实际需求。
China＇s economic development rapidly in recent years.After the reform and opening to the outside world,the establishment of a number of companies have grown,there has been a lot of construction enterprise group,the group of enterprise scale larger,involving more sub branches and the business domain,and then for the group of effective management of the enterprise as a whole caused certain effect.At this stage there are many research on the management mode of the group enterprise,but it is not obvious for the improvement of the level of management and control.This requires the group of enterprise model research,it should be fully integrated with the actual situation of the enterprise and the development of the industry,the only way to determine the mode of control can meet the actual needs.
