摘要
在本科教学工作审核评估背景下,分析地方本科院校人才培养存在的主要问题,提出地方本科院校应用型人才培养的改革方案。具体结合国际CDIO工程教育理念,构建TPIR-CDIO应用型人才培养改革模式,并就其中的人才培养理念、专业设置、课程结构、管理体制等要素进行详细阐述。同时该方案在丽水学院计算机科学与技术专业中进行实践探索,取得了良好的效果,对地方院校应用型人才培养具有一定借鉴意义。
Under the background of undergraduate audit evaluation, this article analyses the major issues of talents cultivation and proposes the innovating cultivating mode of application-oriented talents in local universities. In particular, we put forward a reform plan of TPIR-CDIO Applied Talents Training Mode, expatiating on the factors such as the concept of talents cultivation, specialties setup, curriculum structure, management system, etc. Meanwhile,we pu the majoring in computer science in Lishui university whole teaching mode in real practice with the students and it turns out as good as we expect. The teaching mode surely can offer some references to the cultivation of applied talents in local universities
