摘要
从爱民固边战略的内涵与实施效果出发,从思想融合、组织融合、资源融合、心理融合四个方面剖析了爱民固边战略中警民融合的成功实践,并结合积极警务理论和社区警务理论对警民融合的发展完善进行探讨,推动建立边境地区警民融合的一体化新格局。
Based on the strategy＇ s connotation and implementation, this paper analyzes the success of the strategy＇ s civilian- police inosculation practice in terms of 4 integrations, namely the integration of ideology, agencies, resources and mentality, and discusses the development and improvement of civilian - police inosculation with positive policing and community policing combined, aiming at setting up a new integrated pattern of civilian - police inosculation in the border areas to safeguard the security and political stability of the border.
