摘要
超细纤维仿天然皮革是一种高新技术产品,虽然其吸湿性和透湿性在合成革中与天然皮革最为接近,但是超细纤维仿天然皮革的透湿量为400mg/10cm2·24h,仅为天然皮革的一半。为了提高超细纤维的透湿性及力学性能,在介绍超细纤维仿天然皮革的加工工艺方法的同时,研究了蒙脱土改性超细纤维仿天然皮革基布的透湿性以及力学性能。结果表明:有机蒙脱土的改性,有效地提高了超细纤维仿天然皮革的透湿性和力学性能。
Mierofiber imitation natural leather is a kind of new and high technology product. Its moisture absorption and water vapor permeability among all synthetic leathers are more similar with natural leather, but water vapor permeability of microfiber imitation natural leather is only 400mg/cm2 · 24h, just half of that of the natural leather. In order to improve the water vapor permeability and mechanical performance, the moisture penetrability and mechanical properties of montmorillonite (MMT) modified microfiber imitation natural leather base cloth was studied while introducing the processing technique of the microfiber imitation natural leather. Results show that the water vapor permeability and mechanical properties of microfiber imitation natural leather are improved effectively with organic montmorillonite modification.
