摘要
模拟人体的实际着装状态来测试皮革的透湿量,目前还没有现成的测试仪器。对这种仪器和测试方法进行大胆设想,测试并探讨了环境因素对天然皮革的影响趋势:透湿量随透湿时间的延长而逐渐变小;黄牛皮受温度影响明显;湿度在76%时,皮革内外达到湿平衡,即透湿量为0。当湿度继续增大,皮革反而从环境中吸湿,服装舒适性极差。
At present, the instrument testing water vapor transmission property by simulating men's wearing conditions was not developed. The influenc rule of environmental factor on water vapor transmission property of natural leather was investigated. The longer the time, the smaller the water vapor transmission number is ; the cattle leather is affected evidently by temperature; and when the humidity is 76%, the water vapor transmission is on a balance, the number of which is zero. With the humidity increase constantly, leather absorb moisture from the atmosphere and the clothing comfort index is very low.
