摘要
目的观察芥子咳喘贴治疗小儿急性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法 90例急性支气管炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例。治疗组使用芥子咳喘贴,对照组使用市售止咳平喘贴,治疗1周后观察临床疗效并进行安全性评估。结果咳嗽疗效:治疗组愈显率73.7%,对照组愈显率61.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);咯痰疗效:治疗组愈显率68.4%,对照组愈显率65.9%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);喘息及气促疗效:治疗组愈显率76.3%,对照组愈显率63.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组症状积分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),其中治疗组治疗后咳嗽、咯痰症状积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组在临床观察期间未出现贴敷部位疼痛、烧灼感及水泡等皮损;血、尿、便及肝肾功能未见异常。结论芥子咳喘贴治疗小儿急性支气管炎临床疗效肯定,使用安全。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jiezi Kechuan Plaster on treating acute bronchitis in children. Methods 90 cases of children acute bronchitis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 45 cases of each. The treatment group was treated with Jiezi Kechuan Plaster, and the control group treated with this kind available in the market. The clinical effect and safety were evaluated after one-week treatment. Results For relieving cough, the effective rate was 73.7% in the treatment group, and 61.0% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0. 05）. For relieving expectoration, the effective rate was 68. 4% in the treatment group and 65.9% in the control group, the difference was not statistically significant （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. For relieving wheezing and polypnea, the effective rate was 76. 3% in the treatment group, and 63.4% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The symptom scores of two groups were lowered obviously than that before the treatment, which the scores of cough and expectoration of the treatment group which were lowered than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. During the whole clinical observation period, both groups had not seen any skin lesions in the plaster area, such as pain, burning sensation or blisters, and also any abnormalities in blood, urine, feces as well as liver and kidney function tests. Conclusion The efficacy and safety of Jiezi Kecbuan Plaster in treating acute bronchitis were confirmed.
